"Fans of the genre will be very satisfied with what this band’s produced."
Local metalheads Tempest Rising don’t waste time screwing around.
Their debut album’s 48-second opener, Intro, launches straight into things with huge guitar riffs and a commanding drum pace. It plays straight into second track, No Remorse, where the ante is increased with the addition of vocals that switch between growling and screaming in the verses and clean and crisp in the bridge and chorus. The tempo and energy levels remain high throughout the record, making for consistency.
Bringing nothing hugely new to the table, fans of the genre will be very satisfied with what this band’s produced.
