Full of swagger but with a heart of gold, the five-piece channel Joe Strummer and Rowland S Howard in equal parts, and don’t take a backward step. With lines like, “Orlando, when she’s sucking you/Do you thank your god of fame” (Orlando And Miranda), there are moments of humour, but they’re well-balanced with songs like The Drones-y Amber. A promising sign of things to come.
