Aiming for consistency, Superhumanoids have released an album of bright, feelgood pop.

Sending a little Californian synth pop sunshine our way are the Superhumanoids with their debut album. The Los Angeles quartet offer a collection of light and breezy pop songs that come with a retro '80s charm. In amongst the shimmering synths, vocalists Cameron Parkins and Sarah Chernoff for the most part deliver simple love songs. Parkins' presence is deadpan and awkwardly geeky, while Chernoff's impossibly silky smooth vocals add a dreamy dimension to highlights like Too Young For Love and Black Widow. Aiming for consistency, Superhumanoids have released an album of bright, feelgood pop.
