Japan is one of the places everyone talks about, it's embedded in your mind from the moment you see Lost In Translation or watch that first anime show but you always wonder, is the hype worthwhile? And after spending a month following the Golden Route (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Mt. Fuji), veering off it to hit the slopes in Hakuba or just getting lost I think it's safe to say Japan is one hell of a place.
