Purple Sneakers has teamed up with emerging photographer Joseph Crackett of ONLY ODD to hand pick and shoot some of the hottest artists performing at this year’s BIGSOUND. The series, titled #SHOTFORSNEAKERS, focuses on Purple Sneakers and Only Odd’s shared passion of emerging artists. Over the coming weeks we’ll be revealing selections from the shoots, shot by Joseph in Brisbane’s Winn Lane.
Today, we’re very excited to share JEFFE.
The Sydney artist has had an absolutely stellar year, playing massive shows at BIGSOUND, supporting No Mono and adding to her list of huge support slots, she's currently touring the UK with electronic wonders HONNE. And to top it all off, she's only two singles deep.
Her debut 'WHOEVER YOU LOVE, I'm COOL' - a track detailing emotional detachment - is an eclectic slice of forward-thinking electro-pop. It embodies a sound that quickly solidified her as an artist to watch. On her follow-up single 'Undecided', she really amped it up. We described it as 'seemingly out of the daydream and ready for the dancefloor.'
She's continuing to knock it out of the park with a headline tour happening later in the year, with dates . set across early-mid December. Check those out below.
