"A fun ride of thrusting goodness."

The funked-up punks Rick Dangerous & The Silkie Bantams took NSW's live scene by storm with their blend of big laughs and big riffs, and they're set to do it all over again with Thrust Machine.

Thrust Machine, Fucking Phil and Powdered Sugar threaten to allow Dangerous' hilarious lyrics to overshadow the band's musical proficiency, but scorching punk number Red and the salsa-ska of The Pinch balance the record. The band could have cranked the bass a bit, and this seems to be one of the few records that could actually do with being longer. A fun ride of thrusting goodness.
