The exceptionally talented Rainbow Chan has just shared a new remix of her acclaimed single ‘Work’ from up-and-coming Sydney producer Nite Fleit.
Rainbow Chan is being praised for her latest efforts with her pocket rocket energy and unique talent. She’s currently in the middle of her national tour with the remix being in celebration of her latest album, Spacings.
The remix is an eerie combination of samples and instrumentals that create a post-90’s video game soundscape and with a whole lot of repetitive gongs and warped echoing vocals it transports you into a nostalgic trance from which you can delve into her futuristic dimension of sounds.
Chan is said to of gained her musical talent from incorporating her grandma's mix tapes and samples of sounds she collected through her childhood, which all perfectly comes through in this track. With a little added zest from Nite Fleit it has created a completely original track, one that will make you want to get out of the house and venture into your backyard. Have a listen!
