Prince Fatty is, of course, king of the classic reggae revival. Mungo’s Hi Fi are newer on the block, though Sugar Minnott’s in their guest appearances somewhere.
The combination is pretty great; the two acts have mixed each other’s five tracks, leading to the Italiano skag beat of Divorce A L’Italienne smack up against the sleek, almost pop Sugar Water. Mungo’s Hi Fi’s side is littered with bouncy dub beats.
