DAWS heads up new charity release under the Parry Talks imprint, enters the fold with yet another, incredible tripped out house number.

Much loved underground community organisation Parry Talks has announced the release of their sophomore, record label, charity compilation, Parry Talks Alumni Volume II. The 4 track compilation comes off the back of an extremely successful debut release which raised $1500 for NSW Aboriginal Legal Service.

Now the tracklist has opened up to Sydney/Eora’s noisy neighbours in Melbourne/Naarm for a charity release with 100% of the revenue being dedicated to Smugglers of Light. The digital only, Bandcamp exclusive release features a who's who of the incredible underground scenes, featuring Purient, DAWS, Posture and Glen S.

Closing out the tracklist is one of the country's favourite and most promising DJs and producers, DAWS. She enters the fold with yet another, incredible tripped out house number. The track is premiering today via Purple Sneakers.

The charity which every cent of the compilation will contribute funds to is Smugglers of Light . The Foundation was created to provide assistance to young indigenous musicians and youth at risk through programs of taking film-makers and musicians to their communities

On the single, DAWS shared, "This track was started when I was feeling run down and generally flat about life. I started by playing and experimenting with samples and soon enough I was feeling sparked again by what I’d sketched out- it was an enjoyable reminder of the gift of being able to play and create even when everything else felt draining and difficult. The title was a summary of how I felt"
