"...touching and artistic, but not quite as memorable as its predecessor."

As expressed in the soft guitar harmonies on Running Away, Corazones is a delicate offering.

On the 45-second track Dead Heart, Rodriguez-Lopez hits random piano notes. Sea Is Rising is a hooky rock song, which leads into the forlorn swan song Certainty. Arrest My Father is a country Americana bopper and Some Sort Of Justice a soft lullaby. Penultimate track Five Different Places is an alternative pop ear worm, with Rodriguez-Lopez making strange reference to Scarlett Johansson. The second of 12 solo albums Rodriguez-Lopez is to release this year, Corazones is touching and artistic, but not quite as memorable as its predecessor.
