In late 2010 The Deer Republic were tracked down by acclaimed producer Scott Horscroft (The Sleepy Jackson, The Presets, Birds of Tokyo) and entered the studio to record their debut single Feel Like Dancing.
The fact that it’s their debut single comes as surprising news when you take into account that they have already had demo’s playlisted at FBi 94.5 as well as remixed by member of the renowned remix crew RAC, RAC Maury. Plus there’s also their stint on the Splendour in the Grass main stage back in 2009…..
To celebrate the release of their new single Feel Like Dancing, The Deer Republic are heading on an East Coast tour stopping in at Brisbane, Sydney (playing at LAST NIGHT) and Melbourne. You can also score yourself a free download of the single from the soundcloud below.
