Made up of broken pieces of the Brooklyn band Plea, We Are Augustines formed following the tragic suicide of singer Billy McCarthy's brother - the event directly inspiring the lyrics behind 'Book of James'.
The band are currently on tour in the UK with Glasvegas and have just put out a limited edition 'Book of James' "7 single - available though Rough Trade.
