While sultry, AutoTuned vocals in the chorus of Patty Mills reveal R&B flair, their weedy, haze-drenched single Rose Water truly confirms this is a pair to watch.

Equipped with a penchant for solid grooves and slow, withheld beats, this Melbourne hip hop duo take a minimalist approach to their craft. A flickering drum machine coupled with simple tonal elements allows shadowy undercurrents to be felt. Although Dyl Thomas' rapping style is distinctly Australian, it's not his defining feature. There's also an Odd Future influence in their artificially deepened backing vox. While sultry, AutoTuned vocals in the chorus of Patty Mills reveal R&B flair, their weedy, haze-drenched single Rose Water truly confirms this is a pair to watch. They play Boney on 4 Jun.
