Earlier in the year, Sydney singer/songwriter/producer and all round kickass musician TASHKA put out her debut single, 'Taken'. You'd be forgiven if you thought this gal had been around for a while, because her sound is essentially some of the most infectious dance/pop we've heard in a long time.
The songstress has finally let her second single loose, and this one is in the form of 'Each Time'.
It's an anthemic pop number with a chorus that boasts her incredibly powerful vocals. It's definitely a smokey number, and you can feel veins of RnB coursing through the entirety of this one.
What continues to keep us hooked about her sound, however is the way she's not afraid to go all out and play with the dynamics. It's soft when it needs to be, and incredibly powerful and loud when it needs to be. If anything, this is a great indication of her songwriting ability and attentiveness to detail.
Tashka may only be relatively new on the scene, but she's definitely ahead of the game when it comes to innovation and talent.
