SID PATTNI has teamed up with the gorgeous sound of SOPHIE HOPES for his latest single ‘Love And Desire’. It’s out today through Pilerats/Warner Music, and embodies what dance music has become within the last year or so.
It’s a cool collaborative effort, a stint that we’ve seen occur on more occasions than in the past, but the collaborative generation is a cool one. It’s become a chance for two greats to put their heads together and work out something beyond the individual’s own scopes.
SID PATTNI has lent his incredible production skills to this groovy number, with a darkness emanating wholly from the centre of this track. It however, progresses with strength until the chorus, and it’s this disco-esque concoction that’s driven by multiple synth lines that create a glittering sheen along the outside of this track.
It’s coated in craftsmanship, and big ups to SOPHIE HOPES for elevating this track to that definitely-disco altitude reached here.
The chorus is catchy, and the instrumental hook in the chorus will have you up and moving in no time.
