Live Review: Sid Pattni 'Being Human' Ft. Josh Osho

Grabbing the hype and running with it, SID PATTNI has just released his second track for the year - and what a track it is! As Australia begins to move into the colder months, Pattni is firmly still in summer mode with this new tune, recruiting Josh Osho (who has previously worked with Childish Gambino, Ghostface Killah and Tom Jones) for his new tune, 'Being Human'.

With warm synths, fresh and heavy beats and some beautifully soulful vocals from Osho fill out the feel good track. The shimmering, almost tropical vibes of the synth chords combined with the jazz and funk influences of Pattni's past works make it clear why he is becoming one of the most sought after producers in the country.

Taking on a slightly more positive, uplifting feel than his previous track 'Love & Desire' which featured the vocals of Sophie Hopes. Where 'Love & Desire' featured plunging bass chords, sensual vocals and a slower tempo, 'Being Human' sees Pattni trying his hand at the upbeat and dancefloor oriented vibes, and being very successful doing so.

There is no word of what is to come from the Perth producer, but if this is anything to go by, he is definitely sitting on some pretty interesting and exciting new material. Hopefully it's not too long before we can hear even more from the intriguing, shape-shifting beatmaker!
