Toronto producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, RIVER TIBER, has just released the single 'Acid Test'. It's the newest cut from his debut album, Indigo - an LP appearing quickly on the horizon.
It's not hard to see why River Tiber is getting the buzz that he's getting - not to mention the collaborations with artist like BADBADNOTGOOD, Kaytranada, Pusha T and others, 'Acid test' shows off the sheer skill River Tiber has with music. 'Acid Test' is visceral, everything from the vocals to the instruments have this air of emotion that River Tiber taps into.
The production on this track has a lovely progression of being hard hitting at first while simmering down near the end to let the vocals come through and show off. The vocals manage to be emotional and gripping while keeping up with the ever changing production.
