Turning it down a notch, Aussie producer REAL SLOW is celebrating 5K followers on SoundCloud and has just put out a taster from his forthcoming release. It’s anything but real slow, and if anything, it’s real huge.

‘Turn It Down’ is self-described by the artist as something a little different, and it’s evident in its nature that it is definitely quite different.

Minimal in its sounds, it’s emphasised by about three layers, all of which lend a different kind of hand to the overall feel of this one. It’s got a glock-like hook to make your face melt and a bass line to make you cry.

There’s a driving force behind it that would sit really well in a huge, late night mix, and would work particularly well on a long drive.

It’s got huge tendencies, but Real Slow has given this diverse piece a taste of their own flavour: one that we haven’t seen much of until now.
