Live Review: Lojack's finest house number to date is 'Spire'

Kicking off 2016 with a bang, LOJACK has gone and dropped a huge one that will be sure to start a fire in clubs near you shortly.

Hailing from Melbourne, local dude LOJACK is making some forward thinking beats and taking them to clubs and internet spaces everywhere around him.

Kicking off 2016 with a bang, he's gone and dropped a huge one that will be sure to start a fire in clubs near you shortly. Called 'Spire', it's a fizzling house number with some heavy trap influence thrown in for extremely good measure.

With a number of warped synth lines and an inundation of eclectic and other-worldly phone dial tones descending upon it, it's wholly rounded off by that wood-block-like sound that hits hard in the hook.

He's done so well in using the time sparingly to create an air of anticipation.

Running strong for a total of three minutes, Lojack's starting the year with a number that not only feels too short, but it's one that you'll find yourself playing on repeat, out loud in your car or showing a mate through your headphones. By the end of this track you're genuinely left wanting just another minute of sound.

You can currently download 'Spire' for free here.
