London-based Blende offers up a remix to make you sweat with his recent ‘Just Wanna be Loved’ (Ft. Joi Cardwell). The Swede takes the original from Dutch duo Kraak & Smaak’s 2013 album Chrome Waves, adding in some retro synths and mysterious future fluff along the way.
With a mixture of sci-fi sounds and disco elements, Blende takes us somewhere where the beats are tight but the percussion is oh so tropical. This is finger-tapping good fun, a laid back summer dance track that is sure to keep your feet in motion and your mouth moving along to those lavish cries of “I Just Wanna Be Loved!”
There’s no way one couldn’t love this corker of a tune.
