Our cosmic, anonymous producer pal, SLOW MAGIC sure does know how to remix a track distinctively. Once again enabling his own style, his latest project has seen him transform [recent touring buddy] KODAK TO GRAPH's, 'IAMANTHEM'.
Once a seriously bold and moody tune, Slow Magic has upped the audacity with his pungent production skills. Layering over existing elements of, 'IAMANTHEM', the artist has added large, metallic melodies to lead the track through, buddying up with clusters of razor sharp beats and samples along the way.
Tweaking vocal arrangements and the overall tone, 'IAMANTHEM' suddenly feels even more inclined to a dancefloor, as the productions impact has transformed into a much warmer being; something that can be conveniently depicted when visually comparing the hot pink cover art of the remix against Kodak To Graph's cool, blue original.
Slow Magic's remix of Kodak To Graph's 'IAMANTHEM' will be officially released on the singles remix EP, available on Tuesday, 19th May via Family.
