Shigeto has revealed his stunning interpretation of Hundred Waters' 'Cavity'; that is to feature on their forthcoming remix LP.
Detroit man SHIGETO has impressed us with his beautifully crafted interpretation of HUNDRED WATERS' track, 'Cavity'.
Almost like a CD skipping, this pensive tip-toe slowly but surely accumulates a cluster of moods during it's pubescent period; amongst the near settling stillness. Introducing a like-minded female vocal, the dynamic frontrunners are eventually joined by a faint, flickering light, a breathy amalgamation of vocals and a heavier presence of the marimba.
Grouping these three elements together with not a single component backing down at any point of the song, Shigeto's rework of, 'Cavity' matures into an absolutely stunning and graceful being.

Shigeto's remix of 'Cavity' will be joined by a handful more (including the likes of Illangelo, Dirty Beaches and Huxley) on Hundred Waters' forthcoming remix LP, titled, The Moon Rang Like A Bell (Remixed); available through OWSLA on Tuesday, 17th February in correlation to their North American tour.
