DJ Shadow has teamed up with British post-punk man crush Tom Vek for his new single ‘Warning Call’ from his forthcoming album The Less you Know, The Better.
After passing this track around, because it would be cruel to keep it to ourselves, we asked one of favourite tastemakers Purple Sneakers DJ Randall Stagg what he thought to which he gave a very articulate and insightful response: “An 80's inspired change for both artists. Tom Vek’s trademark drawl sits comfortably over the unique yet familiar production.”
