Live Review: Boulevards' 'Move and Shout' will make you 'Groove!'

Boulevards has released another taste of his upcoming album 'Groove!' and if 'Move and Shout' is any indication its definitely going to live up to it's name

BOULEVARDS has released another taste of his upcoming album, Groove!, and if 'Move and Shout' is any indication, Groove!, is definitely going to live up to it's name.

If you don't dance to this track you're a straight up liar. It is physically impossible not to. The very first line of the song is 'I make her move and shout' and truer words have never been spoken. This is the song you listen to if you want to get pumped for a night out, a work out, or just your boring 9-5 shift.

'Move and Shout' is a mixture of an irresistible beat and twangy, sharp guitar complemented with bouncing synth and . It even manages to put a in a guitar solo, there aren't enough guitar solos these days and the fact that Boulevards managed to put one in a straight up dance track just makes the song that much better.

There is clear disco influence in the beat and feel of the song, but overall it's a very modern feel and is definitely going to fit right in at nightclubs everywhere.

Boulevards' debut album, Groove!, is out May 6th via Captured Tracks.
