Sable remixed Basenji and we missed summer.

If you haven't gotten on board with SABLE or BASENJI yet then we'll assume you've been living under a rock for the past six months.

BASENJI is one of Australia's best producers that has basically been touring non-stop. From playing boat parties, to club nights across the country, you would have most likely had the guy pop into your town to play a very energetic live set at some time or another.

The Sydney native released a pretty sweet track not too long ago called 'Speak With A Dofflin'. You may think it's some how related to COSMO'S MIDNIGHT's track about the creature, but I can assure you that it's a unique offering of its own. 'Speak With A Dofflin' caught the attention of many music lovers including Perth's new electronic man SABLE, who has decided to remix it.

SABLE has been all over the internet for the past few months. Whether it's been for his EP Feels So Good, the title track or the fantastically weird music video for 'Foolin', SABLE has been on everyone's radar and this remix will put him straight back onto yours, just after you thought he was going to die down.

SABLE's remix of 'Speak With A Dofflin' has a kind of beachy feel, the kind where you can picture the warm sun in your head and the waves crashing in front of you. Basically it's a great summer track that will no doubt keep the vibes golden until the season rolls around again. With light synths dancing in the intro, SABLE has blended together stiff hand claps, smooth synths and very bright percussion into a grand remix. The whirling synths definitely bring in the summer vibes as they just feel like wonderful rays of sunshine when they whisk past the sharp samples.

Both artists will no doubt get even bigger as 2014 rolls on so keep your eyes on these two, because they may end up in your town again soon and if the 'Speak With A Dofflin' remix enters the set, you'll be in for a great night.
