A refreshing disregard for convention shines through every aspect of this show's presentation – from Laura Davis' entrance, to her use of the mic, the stage, the low-ceilinged room itself. To cop the full impact of Pillow Of Strength it's best you stay spoiler-free – all you need to know is this is a 'love story' about a couple who don't like each other. It's cathartic, it's twisty, it's surprising, it's freeing, it's... dare I say, Kitsonesque? It'll spill you out into the night on a high and keep skipping around your mind afterwards. A bold show from an exciting comic.
