After releasing her latest EP, "Ember", KLP jumped on guest mix duties for our radio show with a jam-packed mix full of good house vibes.
KLP is one of the most prominent voices in Australian dance music right now. Not only does she reign supreme on triple J as the host of House Party, but she also absolutely kills it as an artist, both in the studio and on the stage. Building on her already stellar reputation, she's back once again with more music to make us move and groove, thanks to her brand new EP, Ember.
Comprised of six tracks, the producer/singer/musician effortlessly intertwines pop, electronica and more with deft lyricism and feel good production. The result? A body of work that has arrived just in time for summer that boasts forward-thinking ideas mixed with tried and true techniques to make you sing, feel, dance and more.
Featuring the lead single and title track kicking things off, which will no doubt turn a live crowd into a heaving pit of moving bodies, through to 'Back In The Room' where the good vibes continue with an infectious hook and "hey ho"s that are always a crowd favourite. From here, she slows down in 'Mindset (Took A Little While)', before she takes off in 'Flight', demonstrating her versatility as a performer and artist.
