Watch Your Skull is Kit Convict & The Terrible Two doing their very best to recreate a simpler time, a time of the three-piece and music too urgent to wait for any studio polish to be lacquered on. They might be from new millennium Melbourne, and they might call it “pure garage-punk-psych spells”, but they’re channelling a deranged spin on ‘60s rock and ‘70s punk at its posiest, all with a knowing wink perfectly balancing tribute and piss-take.
