Album Review: Kings - 'Never Alone'

Dear reader,

Please read my review of Driven To The Verge's 'Transitions' here, listen to that record, and then think of a less satisfying, far more underwhelming release that's even more generic and uninteresting. That is 'Never Alone', the new album from Brisbane's Kings', in a nutshell. Ergo, I'd largely be repeating myself from that Driven To The Verge review here, and I just do not have the time nor effort to repeat myself right now. I also absolutely refuse to put more effort into a review than whatever little "effort" Kings put into this woefully generic album of theirs, so this small "review" seems completely fitting.

'Never Alone' is out May 19th. Here's a song from it. Also, at least DTTV's 'Transitions' was tolerable, had a cleaner, tighter mix, and was written by better-skilled musicians.
