Heath Franklin's Chopper
Heath Franklin’s delivery in his piss-take role of Chopper has been well-honed over the years, and it certainly shows in Repeat Offender.
The show is a raucous tackling of everything from Chopper’s perspective on tacky inspirational quotes to craft beers and anger management; surprisingly, Franklin uses the tough-guy character of Chopper to be somewhat subversive and progressive in his content. The result is a refreshingly funny show that largely steers clear of easy or expected fodder like racism, misogyny or homophobia.
