Say hello to Auckland production duo MANUEL DARQUART. The duo of Sean Whittaker and Louis Anderson-Rich are taking over the Purple Sneakers radio show, giving FBi Click a new "Saturday night disco strut".
Manuel Darquart haven't been on the world's radar for long, although the duo began collectively creating music back in 2012 (that year sounded like this by the way). With their latest single 'Next Dance' making some serious waves, the Kiwi's seem to be taking their work to the next level. With glistening keyboard lines and wistful vocals, their Manuel Darquart are providing us with a nostalgic, slow-burning sound worth talking about.
For their Guest Mix, they boys take on disco, throwback boogie and euphoric house - all wrapped up in a classic lo-fi tracks that will get you dancing. This might be looking back, but sometimes that's the only way to move forward.
