Live Review: Klue treats us to a breezy guest mix perfect for the weekend

There's few who can make a track quite like KLUE. The Sydney producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist has a knack for crafting music that is breezy, evocative, and plain old fun. Combine R&B, soul, modern electro-pop and Klue's penchant for exotic instruments and you start to get the picture; it's perfect music for letting loose on a Friday with your closest friends.

His latest track, 'Find Your Way' is the perfect example. Driven by clever use of the Mbira (a South African thumb-piano which also featured on his earlier track 'Closer'), he seamlessly morphs between emotional piano breaks, pounding electronic drops and jazzy explosions, all tied together with his soulful vocal presence.

As he prepares for the final Sydney show before moving to Europe, Klue was generous enough to grace us with a jam packed mix. With cuts exploring sounds from around the world, the mix is as fascinating, varied and groovy as his own unique sound.
