Album Review: Gengahr - A Dream Outside

With North London quartet Gengahr slowly leaking singles from their debut album over the six months prior to this album release, it’s safe to say the full package confirms what those singles have suggested — the band is totally deserving of their hype.

While tracks like lead single She’s A Witch contain that post-MGMT skip that gets you into the groove early, previously unheard tracks like Bathed In Light, Where I Lie and Embers deliver consistently groovy indie-haze tracks with irresistible hooks amidst the smooth vocal tones.
