Album Review: Frente - Marvin The Album - 21st Anniversary Edition

Adding merit to the old saying “Time flies when you're…”; oh nevermind, it's a redundant exclamation to those reading this review. Marvin The Album turns 21 and is as relevant in 2014 as it was in '93. The songwriting is impeccable still while Angie Hart's vocal resonates from the opening Girl through all the hits – Labour Of Love, Ordinary Angels – and on to the long-deleted and sought-after cover of New Order's Bizarre Love Triangle. And then there's a bonus disc that contains previously unavailable gems too! One is for the Australian music history books.
