"Where 'Classics' demonstrated a clear love and understanding for the hyper-coloured rock romantics of shoegaze, 'Death Is A Miracle' is a darker, more ponderous take."

Simultaneous to their impressive post-shoegaze full-length Classics, FOREVR have dropped a darker-edged twin, Death Is A Miracle.

Where Classics demonstrated a clear love and understanding for the hyper-coloured rock romantics of shoegaze, Death Is A Miracle is a darker, more ponderous take, more suited to the grimy floor of a cavernous club, cut into the bedrock of some cold eastern European city somewhere. Tricked-out with plenty of electronic details and thudding lower-end effects, Death Is A Miracle is stylish to the point of being ostentatious. Credit must be given to the band's ambition, and how successfully they've carried their distinct voice across two very different (debut) records.
