Local grunge champs FOAM have delivered another thrilling collection of tracks, developing their long-standing sound into something tighter and more appealing than ever by showcasing a strong versatility across its seven tracks.
The vocals on Warm sound fresh and desperately full of energy amidst the throbbing bass lines and gritty lead guitar, while Oil Well is a catchy piece courtesy of an infectious guitar line and some effective vocal harmonising. By contrast, Harmless is an almost sobering tune. FOAM have hit the nail on the head, further cementing their place as one of Perth’s most cherished acts.
