The mood of tonight's crowd is a mix of anticipation and anxiety, as Dr Professor Neal Portenza interacts with audience members unpredictably. The show is loose and spontaneous, and his long hair and beard, jaunty red beret and poorly applied makeup only add to the madness. Highly animated and oozing confidence, Portenza encourages crowd participation and at one point even drags his own girlfriend from the audience, much to her horror.
