Double Up

Double Up teams Indigenous comic powerhouses Sean Choolburra and Kevin Kropinyeri. Choolburra, carrying with him a wiry energy, readily shares with the audience. It's hard not to be absorbed in his stories of family, Michael Jackson, becoming a father and possibly offending Buddhist monks, as he skillfully pushes the boundaries of political correctness without truly offending. Kropinyeri seems unfazed about any such distinction. His bombastic, earthy style is uproarious and incendiary. Kropinyeri holds fast to his own truths, brutal though they may be.
