The myth, the man, the legend; Donny Benet has returned to our earholes (he never really left though, did he?) with another nostalgic track of time warped synths and bass guitar entitled 'Working Out'
So famously known for his eccentric 80’s flare, Donny Benet has certainly not disappointed the die-hard Don fans continuing to give us his irresistibly smooth aesthetic.
The track begins with a low bass riff that floats perfectly throughout the song and carries the track through all its nostalgic glory. There’s a heavenly amount of 80’s style that ticks all the right boxes; we’ve got groovy sax, a heck of a lot of bass guitar, and some electronic keyboard that would satisfy any Miami Vice fan.

The time warp doesn’t stop there though; Benet proceeds to whisper words of sensual desire as his vocals glide over the undertones of even sexier sax. If the ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’ soundtrack was produced by Duke Silver (for those Parks and Recreation fans) then ‘Working Out’ is exactly what you’d get. He oozes confidence in the new track, and we’re glad he’s back in town, Welcome back master Don!
