Dianas are probably Perth's best kept secret right now, but like any other local act who's hit on the zeitgeist, that probably won't last for long. EP No. 2 is a powerful honing of the songs the girls have been working on for the past year and a bit, and the result is sublime: dark and foreboding, but at the same time powerful and driving, like a David Lynch road movie. Flower Drums' Aden Senycia has tuned the recording to what works best live for Dianas as well: haunting reverb, rolling rhythms and haunting melody. Top stuff.
