Album Review: Death Angel - The Dream Calls For Blood

This album doesn’t mess about, and like a disgraceful drunken meal at 4am, once it’s over leaves you wanting more.

Pioneers of San Francisco Bay Area thrash, Death Angel are back and not pulling any bitch slaps with their latest mosh pit fodder, The Dream Calls For Blood. If you're looking for a change in direction you'll be sorely disappointed, but then again why would you be when these guys have hammered out a formula since the early '80s that caters perfectly for the inner ADHD child in us all? From the get-go with Left For Dead, this album doesn't mess about, and like a disgraceful drunken meal at 4am, once it's over leaves you wanting more.
