Car Seat Headrest is ultra-prolific youngster Will Toledo, who built a cult following self-releasing 11 albums of unbridled indie rock from his Virginia bedroom.

Now relocated to Seattle with a three-piece band, Teens Of Style reworks material from those early forays into an accomplished calling card, rife with incisive lyrics and gloriously woozy arrangements. There's a Guided By Voices feel to the lo-fi production and occasional rampant '60s homage, anchored by a defiant pop sensibility, which in places recall early Beck or our own Bored Nothing. Lots to love.
