Short, sweet and a welcome antidote to the bullshit.

The one MC/one producer album concept has undergone a revival in hip hop over the last decade, and sees Bucktown meeting the land of the long white cloud, the legendary Black Moon frontman linking up with Kiwi boardsman P-Money for a rash of 'proper' hip hop. Over traditional (i.e. '90s-influenced) soulful boom-bap beats, Buckshot plays the seen-and-heard-it-all-before OG rapper, coming down hard on skinny jeans-wearing funboys with his no-nonsense flow and visitations from New York reppers of yesterday and today Smif-N-Wessun and Pro Era. Short, sweet and a welcome antidote to the bullshit.
