Lady In Gold is the successful follow-up to Blues Pills' self-titled debut in 2014.

The western-influenced style of moody, soulful power blues is comprised of rollicking riffs, plenty of fuzz and a strong leading voice that soars effortlessly over the carefully considered compositions. The fusion of contemporary and retro rock feelings also allows this record full of anthems to stand out as they are drenched in feeling. On Lady In Gold vocalist Elin Larsson definitely cements herself as a musician to watch and Blues Pills find themselves drawing comparisons to the most recent work of their Swedish contemporaries Graveyard.
