Album Review: Blindspot - You're So Phoney

You can't fault local punk-rock outfit Blindspot for their ability to conjure up a punchy guitar riff and you can tell the band are really aiming to create a rowdy vibe on this EP – and hey, hats off, we all love that kind of stuff.

That said, they are a band all about entertaining and having a laugh, which probably means you shouldn't expect them to blow you out of the water. Take this EP for what it's worth – the lyrics are pretty corny at times, but if you're in the mood for a record to piss about and have fun to without looking into it a whole lot, this is probably worth your time.
