"A soulful rock'n'roll EP with a hint of pop and country."

The opening track is like stepping back to a time of country rock — no lyrics needed, the music speaking for itself.

Melbourne four-piece Big Smoke have released a soulful rock'n'roll EP with a hint of pop and country to give it an interesting but pleasant sound. Their single, Lately, is a standout with its soft guitar riffs and Adrian Slattery's majestic voice, which brings a mellow vibe to the rest of the record. Stranger To You and Fair And Easy both sound more country than rock'n'roll with harmonicas in the tracks.
