Soft and succinct.

Dick Diver do try, and sometimes miss – and maybe that’s their charm.

Is it pleasant? Sure. Easy? Definitely. Worth it? Only if you’re having trouble sleeping.

More than just a great rock band, The Drones are like a mirror to the soul of our society, or that void where it used to exist. Exhilarating.

Ooga Boogas is an incredibly accomplished and interesting record that continues Young’s high calibre of quality output.

It basically picks up where 2010’s Beat And Holler left off; there’s still that nod to that earthy but pop-friendly sound but here Cuarana sets out on a more soulful journey, lyrically and sonically, from the get go.

Here’s hoping that this excellent album will finally afford them some of the interest and accolades that they so clearly deserve.

It’s a really strong album full of detail and clean production flourishes.
