Album Review: Accept - Blind Rage

StarStarStar

"There are enough straight-up rockers to keep the fans happy"

More Accept Accept Profile

Accept will never put out another Balls To The Wall, but they are perfectly fine with that, and you should be too. With vocalist Mark Tornillo channelling Bon Scott, the group have delved even further into their pub and blues rock influences, abandoning the majority of the borderline speed metal they were once known for. Despite this, the band continue to inject thoughtful lyrics and drawn-out, epic passages into their music. The gang vocals don’t quite hit the mark and a few songs could have been trimmed, but there are enough straight-up rockers to keep the fans happy.
