A comedy rock act that tries to be a cross between Tenacious D and Spinal Tap, doesn’t quite make the brilliance of their inspirations.

A comedy rock act that tries to be a cross between Tenacious D and Spinal Tap, doesn't quite make the brilliance of their inspirations. You have to love rock, you have to like musical comedy and enjoy puns to make it through this show. It has a brilliant beginning, telling the story of lost ghost rockers but it's either a unscripted mess or a mess of a script that stops them from getting past this point. The guitar solos and musicianship was fun to watch but most songs only had 3 jokes that were repeated over and over. The show needed to be sillier and more controlled to really pull off the fantasy they are trying to sell.  It is a brilliant set up but more time to work on the characters of the drummer and bassist would make this show a bit more kick arse . Not every song lags, the song Kickstarter was hilarious and brought the men in the audience back to their rooms as teenagers, strumming air guitars and being goons.
