Yours & Owls Festival Are Upping Their Sustainability Practices & They Want Your Help With This Free Party

Last year's Yours & Owls Festival stepped up the sustainability with their 'Party With A Purpose' initiative and now they're asking patrons to go a step further ahead of this year's festival. 

The Yours & Owls team will be hosting a #partywithapurpose event at North Gong Pub on Sunday 4 August. The free event will see performances from Fierce Mild, Big White, Babey, Paradise Club and Tuffence Meringue. 

Additionally, there will be upcycling initiatives and information on how to live plastic free.

Yours and Owls, Open Life Designs, Plastic Free Wollongong and Wollongong Bush Care will also be hosting a community day on Thursday 22 August at Puckey's Reserve, which will involve weeding the area and planting native tree varieties.
